Camp Policies

The Creative One’s Summer Art camps are just getting started at this location and last minute cancellations pose significant challenges in managing resources effectively as well as accommodating waitlisted students. Our policies allow us to better plan staffing, supplies, and programming requirements, ultimately enhancing the overall camp experience for all participants.

Reimbursements for Summer Art Studios

Refunds for Withdrawals

Withdrawals on or before one week of camp purchased: Eligible for a full refund, less the non-refundable supply fee of $25.

Credits for Withdrawals

Withdrawals with the one week of camp will receive credit only: Eligible for a credit to the student’s account, less the non-refundable registration fee of $25 – up to 3 days before camp start date.

No Refunds or Credits for Withdrawals

Withdrawals within 3 days of the camp start date: (refer to deadlines below) – Not eligible for a refund or credit. Please consider a transfer to an alternate camp.
Credits and refunds are not available for illness and/or COVID-19 related absences.

Cancellation by the Studio

The Creative Ones reserves the right to change its calendar, withdraw, modify or cancel camps and use substitute instructors, as needed. If the Creative Ones cancels a camp, students may opt to transfer to another camp, receive a credit to their account or receive reimbursement to the original form of payment, less the non-refundable ticket fee.

General Registration Policies

Supply Fee: Each term, a $25 non-refundable supply fee is included in price of three day camp.
Enrollment: A minimum enrollment is required for a camp to run. In addition, there are maximum limits based on studio size, equipment and instructor’s requirements.
Withdrawals and transfers are honored during office hours, by phone only, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Withdrawals made by email are not accepted.

Code of Conduct

The Creative Ones art studio reserves the right to require the withdrawal of any student whose conduct is deemed inappropriate. Please review our Code of Conduct – Click this link

Photograph and Video Waiver Release

The Creative Ones art studio frequently documents classes and exhibitions using photography and/or videos for publicity purposes. These images are used in the social media, Annual Report, and other publicity platforms to benefit the center and further its mission.
Your registration in a class or visitation to the campus grants the Creative Ones permission to photograph/video you and/or your artwork, and to use these images in all publicity platforms, unless you inform the photographer otherwise.
